The Super Red Bushy Nose Pleco is a stunning selectively bred Bristlenose Pleco known for its vibrant orange-to-deep-red coloration, compact adult size, and peaceful personality. Its intense coloration makes it a standout addition to planted tanks and freshwater community aquariums.

Like other Bushy Nose Plecos, Super Reds spend much of their time grazing on algae and biofilm across aquarium glass, driftwood, rocks, and other surfaces. As they mature, they develop the characteristic bristle-like growths around the head and snout, with males typically developing more prominent bristles.
