Need help choosing fish or checking compatibility? Reach out before placing your order.
Fish are packed using proper live fish shipping methods, including secure bags, oxygen, insulation, and careful handling to help maintain stable conditions during transit.
Our goal is to reduce stress as much as possible and give every order the best chance of arriving healthy and strong.
If a fish arrives dead on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible with a clear photo of the fish in the sealed bag.
We review each situation carefully and work with customers to resolve valid issues fairly. Fast communication helps us handle these situations properly.
Yes. We strongly recommend being available when your fish are delivered. Live fish should not sit outside in heat, cold, direct sun, or bad weather.
Once delivered, bring the package inside right away and begin the acclimation process calmly.
Float the sealed bag in your aquarium for about 15–20 minutes to help match temperature.
Then slowly add small amounts of tank water into the bag over time before releasing the fish. Keep lights low and avoid rushing the process.
Fish size can vary depending on species, growth stage, and availability. When possible, approximate sizing is listed directly on the product page.
Our focus is always on sending healthy, well-conditioned fish that are appropriate for home aquariums.
Fish are living animals, so color, size, markings, and patterns may vary slightly from photos.
Lighting, age, stress, genetics, and tank conditions can all affect appearance. We always do our best to represent species accurately.
Some species do well together, while others need more specific setups. Compatibility depends on tank size, temperament, water conditions, and how established the aquarium is.
If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we can help guide you toward better choices for your aquarium.
Make sure your aquarium is cycled, heated, filtered, and stable before adding new fish.
Stable water conditions are one of the biggest factors in long-term fish health and successful acclimation.
Absolutely. If you need help choosing fish, checking compatibility, or understanding whether a species is right for your aquarium, send us a message.
We would rather help you make the right choice before ordering than have you guess.
