Flamingo Guppy Male

The Flamingo Guppy is a colorful selectively bred guppy variety known for its vibrant pink, coral, and orange-red coloration. Males display the strongest colors along with decorative flowing fins, creating a bright tropical appearance that stands out beautifully against green plants and darker aquarium backgrounds. Flamingo Guppies can vary somewhat in color intensity, with individual males displaying different combinations of warm pink, red, orange, and lighter body coloration.

Flamingo Guppies are peaceful, active livebearers that spend much of their time swimming throughout the middle and upper levels of the aquarium. This product contains males only, making it an excellent choice for aquarists who want the color and activity of fancy guppies without producing fry from a mixed-sex group. Their hardy nature and manageable size make them well suited for both newer aquarists and established freshwater community tanks.

Recommended Setup: A mature, well-filtered aquarium with stable water conditions, moderate to hard water, live plants or other areas of cover, and plenty of open swimming space. Feed a varied diet of quality flakes or micro pellets supplemented with small frozen or live foods such as brine shrimp and daphnia. Avoid aggressive or persistent fin-nipping tank mates that may damage their decorative fins. Current Flamingo-specific care references likewise place them around 10 gallons minimum, roughly 72–82°F, and alkaline water.
